B³ was established in 2003 by a group of scientists from Germany’s largest agricultural research facility, the Leibniz Institute for Agricultural Engineering Potsdam-Bornim (ATB).
The company’s aim is to advise plant operators with respect to planning and operating their systems and to put the latest research findings quickly into practice in its consulting and planning activities.
Our service portfolio is directed at plant operators, investors and com munal facilities with the focal points of our work comprising the selection and assessment of feedstocks and plant designs, feasibility studies and optimising existing systems.
Optimising the biological processes of biogas plants is an increasingly crucial factor, for which B³ offers a wealth of laboratory services. Within our labs, we carry out both batch tests and ongoing long-term experiments.
B³ currently employs an interdisciplinary, eight-member team.
