Approved components for biogas plants
Since 25 years Erwin Köberle, the founder of BIOGASKONTOR, has been working with biogas. During that time he constructed and built more than 200 biogas plants and developed several key elements, which define today’s state-of-the-art biogas technology.
Among these are the air-supported double-membrane cover of digesters, gastight handling systems for agitators and digester components. Today Biogaskontor is the world’s leading supplier for bull’s-eyes in digesters, with more than 9,000 installed so far. Biogaskontor provides over/under pressure relief valves, specifically designed for digesters with membrane covers (ÜU-TT) and for concrete covers (ÜU-GD) in different sizes.
The bull’s-eyes and the pressure valves are the only ones on the market to be tested and approved in function by the DLG (German Agricultural Society). Other components available are air dosing units for desulfurisation and measuring units for temperature, sample taking and level sensors. Operation manuals are available in many European languages.
