ENSPAR Biogas is a company offering the construction and delivery of complete biogas facilities for agriculture and industry at international level. We are already active in a number of countries, including England, Cyprus, the USA, Tunisia and Scotland, with work on establishing representations in Asia and Eastern Europe also underway.
We attach the utmost importance to quality and long-term profitability. We therefore benefit from the experience of our managing director, Michael Hannes, who was technical director at one of the largest biogas plant manufacturers for many years.
How a system is planned has a profound impact on its functional capability and profitability, which is where the longstanding experience of our employees comes into play. Together they have completed over 70 biogas plants for renewable raw materials, as well as plants for processing waste. Full 3D design ensures, that we meet stringent technical requirements and enables us to extend the modular systems with ease. Key components are designed and constructed in-house, which allows standardised, personal solutions.
We set great store by supporting plant operators following project completion, and offer online support for each system. We can therefore often remedy problems or faults immediately, as you will always get through to the right contact person!
The plants are subject to a virtually continual process of assessment based on research findings, laboratory test results and measured values.
Servicing and extensions can also be carried out by local companies, as the plants are built around widely available industrial control systems – eliminating the need for expensive works programming.
