seepex GmbH

seepex solutions for the biogas industry

seepex GmbH, headquartered in Bottrop, Germany, develops, manufactures and globally markets progressive cavity pumps for delivering low to highly-viscous, aggressive and abrasive media.

seepex products are used in many different process steps within biogas plants. They convey, mix and macerate energy crops, liquid manure, food waste and other fermentation products.

Due to our extensive product range of pumps, macerators and control systems we are able to configure complete solutions for any individual plant requirements on a short notice.

With the “Smart Stator Technology”, created in 2008, we have introduced a conveying solution which significantly reduces maintenance, assembly and dismantling times for your pumps and allows substantial cuts to pump life cycle costs. By separating the stator into two halves, we have radically optimised pumping technology.

“Smart Conveying Technology” is the next logical development after “Smart Stator Technology“. Now further im proved by the ability to replace the rotor in just a few easy steps, requiring minimal time. Thanks to “Smart Conveying Technology“, blockages and foreign bodies can be removed quickly and simply without dismantling the pipeline.
