2G Bio-Energietechnik AG specialises in designing, manufacturing and installing high-efficiency cogeneration units. The company has installed over 1,100 systems with a combined output of over 220 MW and is respected throughout Germany as a technology leader in the industry. 2G offers cogeneration systems from 50 kW to 4 MW.
Brilliant unique features distinguish our technologies in the process. This is how 2G became the first supplier on the German market to successfully raise electrical efficiency in 220 kW biogas CHP plants to 40.6%, an increase of 2.2 percentage points. This unique technology was first introduced on the market in 2009 under the name agenitor, thus expanding 2G’s leading position in technology. The agenitor product family now includes modules with 8 (agenitor 208) and 12 (agenitor 212 and agenitor 312) cylinders.
In order to consistently satisfy customers’ demanding requirements, 2G has a tight-knit national and international distribution and service network with distribution subsidiaries in Spain, Italy and Eastern Europe as well as strategic cooperations in Canada and the USA.
