BioConstruct GmbH
Under the slogan “Intelligent biogas plants”, employees of BioConstruct GmbH have been constructing turnkey biogas systems for many years.
The projects completed by the company to date, which range from agricultural biopower plants that solely process renewable raw materials and industrial pure waste fermentation systems to cofermentation plants for liquid manure and organic residue, are testimony to its wide-ranging experience. Since it was founded in 2001, BioConstruct has successfully commissioned plants with a combined output of over 47 megawatts (as at mid-2010).
Only materials which are able to withstand the strain of continuous operation are used to construct the power plants. The technology used in BioConstruct biogas installations meets the most rigorous standards and is permanently monitored by a fault management system. The plants are meticulously planned, exceedingly low-maintenance and furnish demonstrably higher yields as a result.
For BioConstruct, turnkey plant construction means 80 employees performing any customer-specific task required. They will prepare profitability forecasts, design biogas plants around the constraints of specific sites and obtain all the necessary approvals. An established team of salaried installers then constructs the biogas systems under the supervision of experienced civil engineers. Only once a system has been successfully commissioned by BioConstruct electrical engineers, and the client has received thorough training in its operation, does handover take place.
However, our involvement does not end here, as a biogas plant is a long-term investment. If desired, BioConstruct’s expert will support clients once the plant is in operation, assisting them to optimise yields by analysing biological processes, providing technical customer support and offering expert advice on cultivating renewable raw materials.
The BioConstruct GmbH service portfolio is complemented by fermentation residue processing systems as well as financing and shareholding schemes.
