BIOFerm is the specialist for dry fermentation anaerobic digestion technology within the Bioenergy Sector of the Viessmann Group. The Bioenergy Sector enables a synergy of technologies in the fields of gas utilisation and heat supply. With the group’s global presence, BIOFerm can implement international projects within reach of our customers.
Through the innovative BIOFerm system, biomass is efficiently converted into energy with a minimum of time and effort. The BIOFerm process does not make great demands on the source material, and a pre-treatment (shredding, liquefying) of the biomass is not necessary. All plants are TÜV certified and meet the highest safety standards. Our technology has been reliably tested in more than 30 plants.
Thanks to their modular construction, the system is always expandable.
