Consentis biogas plants: cost-effective, robust and high-yield
Consentis Anlagenbau GmbH, based in Wietmarschen, has been developing and constructing turnkey biogas plants for the expanding international market for ten years. Consentis plants are extremely efficient with high profit potential. As a full-service provider, Consentis places value on sophisticated process technology and high-quality components, which have proven suitable for continuous industrial operation. Long residence times of substrates in the fermenter, low digestion chamber loads, large fermenter volumes and appropriately sized gas storage tanks are key aspects of process technology.
All components are impressively reliable with little sign of wear and energy-efficient operation. The plants have a computerised control system, which can be accessed at any time via a data line connection. As a result, remote diagnoses can be carried out around the clock. Our maintenance contracts, which offer basic to 24-hour full service, guarantee optimal assistance.
Consentis plants make maximum use of typical feedstocks such as renewable raw materials, liquid and solid manure, as well as organic residue and biomass with high raw fibre content. The residence time for biomass (at least 120 days) enables the plants to achieve a maximum yield from the feedstocks. This high performance level is obtained due to the stability of the biological processes.
Consentis plants process an average of three kg of organic dry matter per cubic metre of fermenter volume on a daily basis. These generous dimensions allow for significant variations in substrate quality to be balanced out without any difficulty.
Consentis offers the ideal solution for systems of all sizes, specialising in two product areas. With an output of up to 250 kilowatt, easybiogas systems are ideal for small-scale, expandable plants, whereas multifeed systems are designed for large plants in the megawatt range. We are also active in the field of gas processing. A study by the independent energy service provider bioreact has proven that Consentis plants have exceptionally high substrate utilisation efficiency.
