Innovative new Bio PACT biogas plant
R.E.U.S Energy GmbH, based in Haag in Upper Bavaria, is looking to set new
standards in biogas technology with the launch of its BIO PACT biogas
plant, planned for spring 2011. Standardised, factory-built, pre-fabricated, modular components guarantee short production lead times. Energy-saving, large-blade agitators with low propulsion requirements make certain that the substrate is thoroughly mixed, and all agitator parts can be safely accessed for servicing, even when the pit is full. The use of eccentric screw pumps en-ables solid and liquid substrates to be simultaneously pulped and pumped into the BIO PACT digester.
Furthermore, forward and reverse pump operating modes makes pipe installation considerably easier. Corrosion-resistant batching devices for solid matter are available in all sizes. CHP plants are fully pre-mounted and undergo factory tests before delivery. In addition, process control in BIO PACT systems, including desulphurisation, is either fully automated or manually operated.
Finally, biological services complete the product portfolio for innovative BIO PACT biogas plants.
