Schwarting Biosystem GmbH was founded in mid-2006 following a merger between Schwarting Environmental Systems GmbH in Flensburg and Bio-system Selecta GmbH in Constance. The company is thus able to look back on a long tradition of constructing biogas and fermentation plants.
Our employees have valuable experience in the construction and operation of anaerobic digestion plants for processing special organic residue such as food waste, expired food products, slop and sewage sludge. We can adjust the process management and digester design to ideally suit specific plant and substrate requirements, and offer the following digester models:
- multi-stage mixing, high-performance digester with an impulse mixing system especially for sewage sludge digestion
- complete mix digester with a central agitator particularly for processing food and organic waste
- shallow digester with biogas holder for agricultural biogas plants, also suitable as a secondary fermentation unit
Moreover, cooperation with our parent company, HERA Holding from Barcelona, enables us to supply systems for processing biogas to natural gas quality. The biomethane, which is produced via the selective absorption of carbon dioxide, can be injected into a natural gas network or used at a gas filling station.
